So thanks to a email snafu on my part, I ended up taking C to an Angels game on Mother's day... here's what happened... I am signed up for this service called Goldstar Events and they send you emails when they have deals on events that you are interested in. One day I get an email that there are $6 Angel tickets on a Sunday! I'm thinking sweet! I can take C and if he biffs early, I can bail out with low cost investment... so I just buy the tickets... it's only when I check the date that I realize the mistake... oops. Anyway, it all worked out well and everybody got plenty of mother's day time. I even went by Target the night before and loaded us up with some Angel swag to wear to the game. Too bad the Angels didn't bother to show up for the game. They were awful, they lost 10-1. Christopher managed to last 6 2/3 innings which was longer than 2 of the Angel pitchers... Brutal
