Emmy goes to Disneyland!

I decided to take Emmy to Disneyland for her birthday, since I took Christopher for his birthday. I was really looking forward to it, b/c I wanted to see how she liked the park. I had everything pretty well planned out, except that when I got to the park, I found that I had forgotten my Memory Card for my digital camera... oops. Good thing I had my cell phone camera for some backup.

The first ride that we did was the Pooh Adventure ride. I had never been on it and from the pictures online, it looked like an outdoor ride. Nope. It was sorta like Mr. Toads... which was probably not the easiest first ride, but Emmy got over the initial shock pretty quick and she clapped her hands at the end of the ride. Same thing for Casey Jr, the train. Quick cry at first, clap at the end. Small World? No such luck. Those little animatronic figures, repeatedly chanting the same thing over and over even creep me out... plus I don't think she liked getting bumped repeatedly at the end of the ride. However, Toontown went over well. We went through the houses and then she was getting pretty tired. So we took the monorail back to Downtown Disney... and yes, she cried on that :-)
